Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach packed
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 banana preferably frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water or regular water
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 4-5 ice cubes if using fresh banana

Optional Boosters

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves

Basic Method

  • 1- Add liquid first:
  • Pour coconut water into blender
  • Add Greek yogurt
  • 2- Add greens:
  • Pack in spinach leaves
  • 3- Add remaining ingredients:
  • Frozen mango
  • Banana
  • Honey/maple syrup (if using)
  • Any chosen boosters
  • Ice (if needed)
  • 4- Blend:
  • Start on low speed for 30 seconds
  • Increase to high speed for 1-2 minutes
  • Blend until smooth and creamy

Tips for Perfect Texture

  • Use at least one frozen fruit for thickness
  • Add more liquid if too thick
  • Add ice if too thin
  • Blend greens with liquid first for smoothest results
