Instructions
Basic Method
1- Add liquid first:
Pour coconut water into blender
Add Greek yogurt
2- Add greens:
Pack in spinach leaves
3- Add remaining ingredients:

Banana

Ice (if needed)
4- Blend:
Start on low speed for 30 seconds
Increase to high speed for 1-2 minutes
Blend until smooth and creamy
