Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Melted butter
  • 1 - 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cups Whole milk

Instructions
 

  • Mix Dry Ingredients
    In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar
  • Combine Wet Ingredients
    In a separate bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter
    Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just combined (small lumps are okay)
  • Cook Pancakes
    Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat
    Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake
    Cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes)
    Flip and cook other side until golden (1-2 minutes)
  • Serve
    Stack pancakes on plates
    Top with butter
    Drizzle with honey
    Add fresh fruit pieces

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Don't overmix the batter - lumps are good!
  • Let batter rest for 5 minutes before cooking
  • Keep pancakes warm in oven at 200°F (95°C) while making the batch
